RACE to the Rock

What
The grueling 25 mile bike race starts at the entrance to Chimney Rock Park or an equally difficult 5K run beginning at Best View Motel in Chimney Rock Village. Both races wind up through Chimney Rock Park at a 7% grade and finish just below 315 ft tall Chimney Rock.

This is the ONLY TIME ever you can

run or bike up to Chimney Rock.

Policies & Refunds
No refunds given.  The races go rain or shine.  In case of lightening, we will delay the starts.

Results
Will be posted on the setup event website by Wednesday of the following week.

25 Mile Bicycle Ride to the Top of Chimney Rock

Sign-in and same-day registration at the Old Rock Cafe beside the entrance to Chimney Rock State Park beginning at 6:00am.

Where
Leaves from the entrance to Chimney Rock Park.  Bikers must be back inside the entrance gate for the acsent to the top by 9:30 am.
